On August 24th, over 100 students representing the very first classes of our 3-day program, celebrated a year's worth of dedication & educational achievements. As always, the ceremony took place at Benaroya's Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall and the house was overflowing with families, friends and our staff cheering on the graduating class of Summer 2008.

We had the honor of having Gene Juarez, Founder of Gene Juarez Salons & Spas, share inspirational stories and motivational words of wisdom as our keynote speaker.  Student Valedictorians representing their fellow graduates were Akane Tomizawa from the North campus and Nicole Olson from the Federal Way campus.

Congratulations to the following graduate award recipients:

• Guest Service Award - Alyssa "Danni" Gilfeather, Carmen Jordan, Kelsey Judd and Stephanie Remlick
• Most Inspirational Award - Kristel Criddle, Kayla "Johnnie" Davis, Alma "Sophie" Lopez and Elida Stinson
• Gene Juarez Academy Award - Erica "Heidi" Cronin, Robyn Preston, Justine Sipes and Kimberly "Abby" Tribble

On March 9th, the graduating class of Winter & Spring 2008, celebrated all their achievements in style at Benaroya Hall.  Gene Juarez, Founder of Gene Juarez Salons & Spas was our keynote speaker. Educators Sara Ryan, Rebecca Wilkerson and Thuy Le were selected by the graduates to speak on behalf of our education team.  Student Valedictorians were Jamie Maupin, Stefanie Carbonaro and Shannon Schaaf.
